Nothing makes my husband more happy than steak on a Wednesday night. It makes the week a little less ordain. I always look for sales on steaks at my local grocer and load up. If not it is too expensive. But, I got 2 steaks for 3.00 at my local grocer. If you look for the deals, you can eat like a king :)
My husband put some steak seasoning on them and put them on the bbq. I made a green salad and some basic mashed potatoes, VERY yummy.
