Garden Fresh

It is about that time that everything in the garden bombards you. I had to use it up before it all went bad, so stuffed peppers it is!!! I served it with crooked neck squash and fresh tomatoes grilled in a pan with some butter.

Stuffed Peppers

Cut two large peppers in half and core.

Mix a half a cup of bread crumbs and one egg in with one pound of turkey burger.

Saute a half an onion diced, and 2 cloves of garlic.

Add onion and garlic in the burger with salt and pepper and 2tblsp. of balsamic vinegar.

mush the mixture into the peppers, cover with foil and bake at 375 for 50 minutes.

Take out add Ketchup to the top and grated parmesan cheese.

Cook until cheese is melted and serve hot!
