Coconut Chicken

So....this is like the easiest, yummiest chicken.
I saw it somewhere on the internet...

Coconut Crusted Chicken

1. mix shredded coconut mixed equally with bread crumbs
2. mix and egg with melted butter
3. dip chicken in egg, then coat with the mixture
4. either bake in the oven at 350 for about and hour or cook on low in a pan with a bit of olive oil

I know this sounds ridiculously simple and plain, but it was so good. My family was impressed and it literally took me two minutes.
