Mushroom Chicken

Mushroom Chicken

1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 package fresh sliced mushrooms
2 breasts chicken
flour
salt and pepper
1 tblsp italian seasoning
1 tblsp lemon juice
1 cup white wine

I cut one onion and sauteed it in oil until translucent added 2 chopped cloves of garlic, a tablespoon of italian seasoning and a pack of sliced mushrooms. I let them simmer until soft. Then removed from heat and set aside.
Coat chicken breasts in flour and cook in oil on medium about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked. Add 1 cup of white wine or chicken stock to deglaze the pan with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste and the mushroom mixture. Simmer until thickened.
Serve on top of pasta... I chose angel hair!

Easy, Cheap and Yummy!
