I had to leave my wonderful family tonight to attend a class for work... I HATE leaving them. Anyway, if I leave my husband up to dinner decisions we order pizza and that is not on my diet right now. So, before I left the house I thawed some chicken leg quarters and put them in the crockpot with some Don Maria mole and chicken broth. I will serve it with rice. It is just too easy. I love chicken mole.
