Pesto Chicken Wraps

Every time I go to costco... I pick up one of their whole chickens, because they are huge and cheap. I have lots of pesto stored up in my freezer and that is how this evolved.

Place 1/4 cup butter in a pan with 4 tblsp of pesto.
Here is a great recipe for pesto. You should make a huge batch and put it in ice cube trays to freeze then pop them out and store in a ziplock in the future for easy use.
Shred the chicken and put it in the pan with butter and pesto, add salt and pepper and heat.
Place the flour tortillas on top of the chicken in the pan to heat.
Serve with sour cream, shredded lettuce.

Easy, yummy, what more can you ask for?
