Pork Roast


I found a great deal on pork butt roast....

SO...

sear all sides of the roast in a cast iron pan with salt and pepper and a touch of oil.

Preheat oven to 325 and put the roast in a pan

Add 1 cup of apple cider or apple juice with pinapples on top and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.

Cook for 2 hours uncovered.

Serve with rice and veggies :)
