I made this and served it with broccoli... It was really good!
Mini meat loaves
Preheat oven to 400
In a large bowl...
1 cup bread crumbs
Mix in a chopped onion (any kind... I used green)
1lb of ground turkey or beef
1 grated zucchini
salt and pepper
1 tbsp sage
1 egg
form into 4 small loaves and place on tinfoil on a cookie sheet
place one piece of bacon on top and wrap around bottom
brush glaze on the loaves
glaze:
2tbsp brown mustard
2 tbsp ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
Cook in oven for 30 minutes
Put under broiler for 1 min to crisp bacon
