This is a super easy recipe. My husband is allergic to something in barbecue sauce and so I have to make it from scratch. This recipe also comes in handy if you don't have any bbq sauce in the pantry!
Easy BBQ Ribs
1-2 racks of beef or pork ribs (one rack feeds 2 people)
1 white onion cut into large peices
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 cups ketchup
2 tbsp worchestshire
1/4 cup brown sugar
Place ribs and onion in crock pot and season with salt and pepper.
Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl, then pour on top of ribs.
Set crock pot for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high and "forget it".
Serve on top mashed potatoes.
Now that is comfort food.
