These are a great variety to the monthly taco/burrito night. They are also very healthy. Not to mention delicious.
Mashed Bean Burrittos
1lb turkey burger or lean hamburger
1 can red kidney beans (mashed)
1 small onion diced
2tbsp garlic minced
1 small can diced green chilis
2 tsp chili powder
sour cream for garnishing
Cook the onion, garlic and burger until browned. Drain grease and return to pan. Add beans, chilis, and chili powder. Mix and heat throughout. Serve inside a tortilla with garnishments.
