Honey Mustard Salmon
Wow, this was a great recipe! Found by my husband in his Men's Health Mag... It was nummy!
Honey Mustard Salmon
2-4 fillets of salmon
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 400.
Melt butter in the microwave with sugar until dissolved.
Next add honey, soy and Dijon.
Heat a tbsp oil in a saute pan, salt and pepper the salmon fillets.
Flash cook the salmon for about 3 minutes on meaty side.
Remove salmon from the pan and place it on a baking dish, skin side down.
Brush the sauce on the cooked side, leave half for cooked salmon.
Cook in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Brush the rest of the sauce on cooked fillets.

Hi! I'm already a follower and I love this salmon recipe...but I'm wondering with this oil slick and all how long will we be able to each fish from anywhere. I'm guessing this is farmed fish. Anyway, I love it, this is a good one.
