golf cake

As you can tell from my cake posts, I love to make theme cakes. So, I made this huge sheet cake, and needed a yummy chocolate filling and I found it! It is supposed to be a copy cat recipe of the Costco chocolate moouse. You can use it as a filling, or as a yummy moouse snack! You can use any flavor of pudding you want... I think I will try pistachio next!

Chocolate Moouse

1 large pack chocolate pudding
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk on medium for about 3 minutes.

  1. You did an amazing job none the less!

Looks delicious. I can't indulge in any cakes unless they are made wheat-free. But, that icing mousse there I can... :)

  3. Looks like fun.
I have been meaning to tell you that my husband made your Kung Pao Chicken and it was AWESOME. Funny too because when I asked where he got the recipe he sheepishly said, What's for Dinner, Hon." It turns out he has been "following" all the blogs I follow.
Anyway he wanted me to let you know how it turned out.
