BLT with a kick


Oh... you know how much I love BLT's! I made BLT's for dinner last night with home made french fries. It was awesomely delicious. The secret ingredient to this BLT was the mayo I used. It was the same Chipoltle Mayo that I used on the Carne Asada Tortas... Here is the recipe for the mayo.

Chipoltle Mayonnaise

1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup vinegar
1 clove garlic chopped
2 tbsp chipoltle pepper pureed (I bought it in the can, it eliminates some of the hard work)


Home made french fries are so easy to make. They do make a mess of the stove, but oh well! They are much more healthy than McDonald's... I use the Vidalia chopper to cut my fries and then fry them in canola oil on medium high heat until golden brown.
