what's for dinner wednesday?

Okay, here is week #2 of "What's for dinner Wednesday?" We had a pretty good showing last week with some really great recipes. Thank you to everyone who linked up :) Spread the word this week, and maybe we will have tons of new great dinner ideas. Grab my button.

My recipe is for a seafood topping. It goes amazingly with salmon. I have been making a lot of fish lately, maybe I am subconsciously afraid BP has ruined it all.

Cilantro Lime Butter

1/4 cup cilantro chopped
2 tbsp butter melted
1 tbsp lime juice (or the juice from 1 lime)

In a food processor, blend together all three ingredients. Serve on top fish!

Sometimes the best things are the most simple!

So please.... enter your recipe in this recipe swap and invite your bloggy friends to join us!
