I did it...I made pizza!

Yea me! I made pizza... it was really good. I really needed to use up some of my massive amounts of basil. I actually impressed myself, as my baking skills are lacking to say the least :).

Italian Pizza

1 fresh garden tomato sliced
10-15 leaves basil
1 cup fresh mozzarella shredded
2 tbsp ranch dressing
1 tbsp minced garlic
Pizza dough (I followed this recipe) *

Mix ranch dressing and minced garlic together, spread on top of rolled pizza dough. Spread out cheese on top, bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, add sliced tomatoes and basil leaves. Put back in the oven for 1-2 minutes.

*you can always buy pizza dough, if you are as baking challenged as I am.

This is a recipe swap.
The rules are simple:
1. Link up with an awesome recipe.
2. Link back to me in some way, so we can get more entries.
3. Enjoy.
