Taco Bake
Brown 1 lb of ground beef and 1 chopped white onion
Add to cooked beef:
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp taco seasoning
simmer for 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 350
Grease a baking dish
Tear up 5 corn totillas and put them on the bottom
Layer meat sauce
Repeat with 5 more tortillas
Top with 1 can cream of chicken soup mixed with 1/2 cup milk and 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes
